Every Slayte client is assigned a dedicated customer success manager. We provide onboarding, live training, help center documentation, and priority email/chat support. For complex implementations or integrations, we can also offer guided sessions to configure and optimize your use of the platform.

Implementation time varies depending on the complexity of your program, but many clients launch their first workflow within 4–6 weeks. We’ll work with your team to configure your workflows, map integrations, and train your admins. For returning clients or repeat events, setup time is dramatically reduced.

Most likely. Slayte integrates with popular AMS platforms such as Impexium (Re:Members AMS), iMIS, Novi, Rhythm, Member Suite, MemberClicks, and others. These integrations allow for seamless syncing of member data, pre-populated submission fields, automatic login via SSO, and real-time updates between your AMS and Slayte for reporting, engagement, and credential tracking. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your organization’s use case. We work with associations and nonprofits of all sizes and tailor each proposal to your needs. After a discovery call and demo, we’ll prepare a custom quote that reflects your specific workflows, volume, and integration requirements. Our lowest submission tier is $7,500 and our minimal virtual event or mobile event app subscription is for $12,500.

Yes. You can delegate admin access by program, role, or committee. Each team sees only what’s relevant to them, and you maintain global oversight across the entire platform. This decentralized model is ideal for large associations with chapter-based or board-managed initiatives.

Users log in via your branded portal—either with their AMS credentials (via SSO) or through a direct email/password login. You can customize onboarding messages, assign roles automatically, and restrict access based on eligibility rules or deadlines. Everything is optimized for desktop and mobile use.

Yes. Slayte offers a white-labeled mobile event app that supports attendee agendas, speaker details, push notifications, networking, session check-ins, and CE tracking. It can also integrate sponsor branding and floor plans to elevate the event experience.

Yes. Slayte tracks session attendance (via check-in or session duration), applies your credit rules, and automatically issues personalized certificates via the mobile app or web portal. The system also supports detailed credit reports for compliance.

Yes. Slayte includes built-in analytics and export tools. Admins can generate real-time reports on submissions, evaluations, credit issuance, engagement metrics, and reviewer progress. Data can be exported as CSV/Excel or synced with external systems. We also support historical data rollovers for repeat programs, allowing year-over-year comparisons.

Yes. Slayte integrates with Stripe and other gateways to support payments for program submissions, registration tiers, sponsorships, and more. You can apply promo codes, bundle items, and issue refunds directly through the platform.

Slayte is built to be flexible even mid-program. You can add reviewers, update form questions, insert new sessions, or change deadlines on the fly—without disrupting what’s already been submitted or evaluated. We also want to ensure our customers are not accidentally creating invalid questions, so we help keep in place certain warnings and limitations to editing a live form to ensure consistent and valid submissions throughout your program.

Yes. Slayte allows you to send emails or in-app messages to targeted groups—submitters, speakers, reviewers, attendees, or all of the above. Messages can be triggered manually or automatically based on deadlines, submission status, session assignments, or credit eligibility. They can also oftentimes include mail-merge-like placeholders such as {{Submitter Name}}.

Yes. Slayte supports collaborative submissions, where multiple users can contribute to a single entry. This is ideal for abstracts, research posters, or panel presentations. You control whether co-submitters can edit, view, or simply be listed on the final submission.

Slayte supports a wide range of file types: PDFs, Word docs, PowerPoints, Excel files, MP4 videos, and image formats (PNG, JPG). You can control file formats, required fields, and even include video capture as part of the submission process for posters or presentations.

Yes. You can configure multi-stage workflows with separate rounds of review, each with its own evaluators, rubrics, and scoring logic. Admins can promote or reject entries between rounds, track progress, and trigger automatic status updates to applicants.

Yes. Slayte is fully white-labeled to reflect your organization’s brand. You can customize URLs, logos, colors, button labels, email headers, mobile app assets, and even the terminology used throughout the platform (e.g., “abstract” vs. “proposal”). Slayte also allows you to configure how emails are sent including designing and also sending them through your email servers.

Speakers and submitters follow structured, customized workflows that match your requirements. You can configure rules for eligibility, track types, blind review, and conditional questions. Once approved, speakers can be automatically onboarded into your agenda builder, and their content (bios, headshots, slides) flows into the mobile app and event site with no duplication.
